TO USE: File rough spots like heel or big toe with coarse side, and always be sure to use fine side to smooth skin. Can be used prior to soaking, after washing the feet, or after soaking to remove dead skin. For best results, be sure to file after drying the feet and follow with a moisturizer.
TO CLEAN: Using a small brush (like an old toothbrush) and mild soap to scrub away dead skin particles. Rinse with water and pat dry. Always store file dry. Be sure to clean after each use.
